Person Shrugging Emoji
What does the Person Shrugging emoji mean?
Someone shrugs their shoulders to show they don’t know—or that they simply don’t care.
An asexual person making the classic "I don't know" shrug — as if saying "I have no idea". They're also shown with the shruggie ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and mimicking a shoulder shrug.
This emoji works for anyone, regardless of gender. Use it when you genuinely don't have the answer. For example, if someone asks, "What are you doing tomorrow?" and you have no plans, you can reply with 🤷 instead of typing "I don't know".
