JoyPixels

The company JoyPixels, formerly known as EmojiOne until March 2019, is one of the leading developers of unique and standardized emoji designs that fully meet the requirements of the Unicode Consortium. Specializing in creating high-quality graphic images, JoyPixels targets a wide range of consumer products and digital platforms, providing users with expressive and recognizable symbols for online communication. The company's main mission is to offer accessible, easy-to-use emojis that strike a balance between originality and adherence to international standards. In addition to their high-resolution images, JoyPixels also releases low-resolution emoji versions, specifically designed for personal use on various devices and in apps where optimizing size and load times is important.

About the JoyPixels set

Can I use these in my own project?
That is what the set was made for, but the licence belongs to JoyPixels, not to us. Check their terms before shipping the images with a product.

Why do some characters look unfinished?
Open sets are drawn by contributors over years. Newer Unicode additions often wait for someone to draw them, so a few slots stay plain longer than on a phone.

How often does it change?
Releases follow the project, not a phone maker. Pick a version below to see exactly what it held at that point.
