Pinching Hand Emoji
What does the Pinching Hand emoji mean?
The classic yellow hand with the thumb and index finger held close together, most usually used to show that something is very small or just a pinch.
This is a familiar conversational gesture. The emoji depicts a yellow right hand turned to the left, with the thumb almost touching the index finger — but not quite.
It usually means "a little bit", "just a tad" or "a tiny drop." Use it when asking someone for a small favor or to indicate something minor.
