Slightly Smiling Face Emoji
What does the Slightly Smiling Face emoji mean?
The usual yellow face with wide, open eyes and a soft, closed-mouth smile. It gives off warmth, satisfaction and contentment: generally a positive, happy vibe. That said, it’s also often used sarcastically or passive-aggressively, as a way of saying “I’m fine” when you really aren’t.
The classic yellow smiley with a gentle grin — perhaps the most familiar of them all. It's the visual version of the text emoticon ":)". The eyes are simple dots and the slim, curved smile looks almost like a horizontal bracket.
This emoji fits countless situations. It often signals a positive mood or a user's pleasant reaction, and it basically says, "Everything's fine!" Use it whenever you want to convey a friendly atmosphere in your message.
