Grimacing Face Emoji
What does the Grimacing Face emoji mean?
A face in plain yellow with open eyes and clenched teeth, usually used to show awkwardness, bashfulness, nervousness, or a touch of disgust.
A tense, expressive face that helps you convey strong feelings in chats and messages. The emoji is a round yellow face with small eyes and an open mouth—there’s no smile here, just teeth clenched tightly. The face communicates clear emotional tension and intensity.
The expression is similar to other faces, such as the smiling emoji 🙂, but the mouth is noticeably different. Use this grimace to show disgust and disappointment.
